Yes. Payment is handled entirely by our payment providers on encrypted, PCI-compliant pages. Bmiph does not see or store your full card details.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Transit then takes roughly 4–8 business days in the US, 4–9 across the UK and Europe, and 7–15 for the rest of the world.

International orders may incur import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the checkout price.

You can return unused items in original packaging within 14 days. Some hygiene items and applied adhesives can’t be returned once opened or used. Full details are in the Returns & Refund Policy.

Keep the packaging and email us within 48 hours with photos of the item and box. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund.

No. Bmiph sells consumer products only — we don't offer installation, plumbing or maintenance services. Each product page includes clear mounting and wall guidance so you can set it up yourself.

Each product lists the surfaces it suits and the ones it doesn't, plus load ratings. Check these on the product page before ordering, especially for tiled, painted or hollow walls.
